a Member of Susque-Nango Kennel Club:
- Apply on a form approved

- Submit application,
including endorsement of two members and dues payment for the current year,
to First Vice President (Bylaws
Article1, Section 3, para. 2)
- All membership applications
are to be filed with the First Vice President. (Practice and procedure #27)
- Attend at least three
meetings (Bylaws
Article1, Section 3, para. 1)
- Upon receipt of an application
for membership in the SNKC, the name of the applicant shall be published in
the newsletter prior to voting on the applicant by the Board and general membership.
(Practice and procedure #13). The First Vice President shall notify the Corresponding
Secretary when to publish the applicant's name, pending the applicant satisfying
the requirements of Bylaws Article1, Section 3 (Apply, pay dues, have endorsements
and attended at least one meeting).
- Board shall review application
at its next meeting following receipt from the First Vice President; if further
considerations deemed necessary, an application may be held over until the
next regular Board meeting for processing. (Bylaws

- Recommendations of the
Board shall be read to the membership no later than second regular club meeting
following receipt from First Vice President, at which time it will be presented
to the membership to be voted on by secret ballot. (Bylaws
Article1, Section 3, para. 4)
- Proposed new members
and guests are to leave the meeting room during new member voting. (Practice
and procedure #8)
- The results of the vote
are to be revealed to the members present and voting, and mailed to the candidates
by the Corresponding Secretary. (Practice and procedure #8)
